Empathy & Accountability in Learning

Dr. Stephen Oliver has taught EQ skills including both empathy and accountability to mentor students. Adult learners have many competing priorities in their lives and can be challenged to complete assignments. Dr. O uses a combination of empathy and accountability techniques to help students get the work done. This presentation can assist all whether teaching or working with others as to how to utilize fundamental EQ techniques to be more compassionate to others, while holding them accountable for the commitments they make.
