How many times have you tried to lose weight only to gain it back and feel completely “UN-FULL-FILLED”? We are trained to have an inverse relationship between body size and happiness; we’re either thin and happy or fat and sad. OK, now I’m thin…why am I so unhappy? Join Dr. Katie Fahnel and guest Bel Marshall as they discuss the relationship between food, body image, self-esteem, and spirituality.
About Bel: Bel Marshall has been an intuitive her whole life, and holistic healer and life coach for 5 years. She developed her intuitive abilities by studying psychic development with Karen D Anderson ATP. She started her healing journey by studying Reiki and discovering energy healing techniques. She went on to develop and found Energetic Empathy which is a modality that balances and clears the chakra centers. Bel clients found new freedom as they severed energy cords from the people and situations that no longer served them through their lives.
