Meet CEO Roman Odom

 I had a choice. Win or Die. March 2014 was the month I had to decide. Hello I am Roman Odom. The name Roman was given to me at birth and my blood line carried the last name Odom. When did “Odom” start? I’m not sure. I just know Odom was born March 2014. There is no other man out there like me. It’s just me. The rare individual that grew up with the extreme mentality. The hardest thing I had always experienced was misunderstanding. The question of who I was when I looked in the mirror. The questions about the parent structure in my household. The questions about why experiencing lack was normal in my society. Questions haunted me. But now they guide me. Awareness is the knowledge of a situation or fact. Knowledge is information acquired by a person through experience or education. It is the theoretical or practical understanding of a subject.

The only emotional roads I can see are Love and Fear. Today I love what I do. I am Founder and CEO of a private Corporation named ODOM & Company INC. By understanding key business laws and concepts, we practice system construction and expansion. Everything is made up of systems. Even the body can’t operate without the different systems in place. Systems like the nervous system or digestive system. I plan to keep growing into me. The only person that can be sure of me is me. Same with each and every individual. Stand up for yourself and become you. Not your mother or father or even the repeating events of your surroundings. I dare you to be You.
