Part 2 of The Sisterhood Exchange book is a natural extension of the Sisterhood of Self (S.O.S). The way that we treat ourselves determines the way that we treat other women, Sister to Sister.

This episode discusses the "G" word and how it blocks women from being who they really are and from achieving what they are here to achieve. The chapter explores how there really isn't anything positive about it and why pretending that it is innocent really does a disservice to the women who engage in it.
