What Does it Mean to Be “Pro-Black?”

I think to be pro-Black means 

-To be educated about the history of people of African descent and thier achievements 
-To empathize with the struggles of Black people , and to do your part to alleviate them 
-To use your wealth & education ( if you are successful ) to give back to the black community 
-To do your part to adress racial injustice 
-To be a role model for other blacks to follow, espescially younger ones
