Debbie Howell Cosmetics was formulated and trademarked in 1981 by Debbiie Howell, a Chicago native and mother of three. In 2012 the DHC Cosmetics line was resurrected by her granddaughter Marieka Duncan.
DHC Cosmetics is a full scale cosmetics line featuring 26 true match foundations, 20 eye shadows and 32 lip pigments.
