Pastor Hosea Collins is a native of Coushatta, LA. He and his wife, Terrekia "Precious" Collins have been together for more than 20 years and they are the proud parents of 3 wonderful children: Tichina, Signora, and Roman. Hosea's ministry is focused on the empowerment and advancement of our youth and young adults, with an emphasis on the discovery and activation of their God-given gifts, so that they may fulfill the true purpose of their existence. "For all things are possible to them that believe" (Mark 9:23) Pastor Hosea Collins serve as the Youth Pastor of City of Refudge, Sr. Pastor Bishop Noel Jones.

A native of Texas, Pastor Lois Moore-Williams is no stranger to the work of the ministry.  The calling of God upon her life was evident throughout her church upbringing.Blessed with a melodic and powerful voice, she has performed many concerts prior to God’s elevation of her into higher ministry.  She accepted the call of God into the preaching ministry over 25 years ago.As a Pastor and founding member of Christian Unity Missionary Baptist Church, Pastor Moore-Williams tends her flock with the love of God
