Did you know that there is an "International Criminal Court" supposed to deal with international criminals? No matter who they may be, no matter where the crimes may have been committed!

So the question is; how come we only hear about the African criminals? So far two African head of states have been taken to the International Criminal Court. And others are constantly threathened by its mandate.

Meanwhile, many out there wonder where are the rest of the alleged international criminals? Where is Bush? Where is Blair? Where is Clinton? Does the ICC need help locating them or what?

It is like the heads of western states are free to be international criminals, and the rest of the world is not. So on this show we ask; IS THIS THEATER or INTERNATIONAL JUSTICE?
