Action is the Foundation of Vision

Host, Gwen Witherspoon welcomes Dr. Saundra Wall Williams, CEO of WMS Corporation, a professional development and consulting company, Adjunct Research Professor at North Carolina State University, and ordained minister and elder in the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship International. Dr. Saundra believes that she was born to help women advance their life, ministry, career, and business vision. Through WMS Corporation, she helps emerging and established women leaders move forward by utilizing a step by step system to develop their professional goals, leadership skills, and a roadmap for career advancement and promotion. That process starts with defining what success looks like, then building a personal vision blueprint, and following through with implementation strategies.
