Like many of us, Rob Stevens watched his weight gradually
creep up over the years. Then one day he "woke up"
noticing that his weight had topped 315 pounds!

 

Rob made a few changes that didn't involve dieting,
medical procedures or drugs, excessive exercise, counting
calories or counting anything...

 

And Rob's weight went from 315+ down to 160 pounds, and
has stayed there for over 11 YEARS!
