Jerrie Merritt currently serves as Senior Vice President and Community Development Manager for Bank of Nevada. She began her career in banking at First National Bank of Fairbanks (Alaska) before moving to Nevada in 1982 to take a position with Nevada State Bank. Her banking career includes stints as Operations Officer for Security Bank of Nevada, and as a VP, Branch Manager, and Private Banking Officer for Wells Fargo.

Jerrie was an instructor for Principles of Banking with the American Institute of Banking, the Education and Training Chair with Financial Women International, and was a former Board member and Vice President of the American Institute of Banking. She is a member of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, North Las Vegas Chamber, and is the current VP for the Urban Chamber of Commerce. She also serves on the board of governors for Valley Hospital Medical Center.

John Lundell is a personal coach and trainer at Success Partners Global. He specializes in helping individuals re-enter the workforce after challenging life situations such as incarceration, substance abuse treatment, mental health problems, and even homelessness. John emphasizes an approach on the individual and their unique needs in his coaching and uses the color code personaliy asessment.
