The Discomfort Zone: How Leaders Turn Difficult Conversations Into Breakthroughs is one of my favorite business books in general and near the top of my favorites for books on employee engagement. I reviewed it here.

Her website is OutSmart Your Brain: Mind-Growing Programs for Leaders.

But one book and a great website is just the beginning of Dr. Reynolds contributions to corporate cultures. She's authored Outsmart Your Brain: How to Make Success Feel Easy and Wander Woman How High-Achieving Women Find Contentment and Direction.

Her first expertise, organizational change, developed when facing the challenges of running corporate training departments in the 1980’s and 90’s.

In 1995, looking for a solution to corporate training classes whose lessons were never applied,  she enrolled in a coaching school. That's where she saw the power of coaching to make the mental shifts required to sustain change.

She was president of the International Coach Federation in 2000, among the first 25 people to be certified as Master Certified Coach. She's president elect for the Association for Coach Training Organization and Training Director for the Healthcare Coaching Institute. She's on the faculty with coach training schools in Russia and China.

She holds a Doctorate degree in Organizational Psychology.
