K. Marquelle Drops Fire!

K. Marquelle is a Native of Baltimore, Maryland, and grew up on the Westside of the city. She treated as if the Westside was her own personal playground. Ever since she was little K. Marquelle has had a knack for telling stories that captivated people of all ages. She loved having an audience. 
When she was younger she wanted a career as an actress, and it wasn’t until sixth grade when she realized she had more fun writing then acting. Once she began to put her stories on paper it was pretty much a wrap from that point on, now everybody wanted to read what she had written.
K. Marquelle draws on personal experiences, and that of her diverse group of family and friends. She also hopes that readers not only enjoy reading her books, but also have the ability to learn a lesson from it.
She is currently a senior in college working towards her English degree.
