Do they spoil the moment when you ask your fiance to sign an agreement?What would you say if your wife or husband to be wanted you to sign one, would it give you the warm and fuzzies or would you sleep with one eye open? If every marriage was a fairytale, then every one would live happily every after. But the reality is on average 30 percent of all first marriages end in divorce, and 50 percent of second and third marriages end as well. So does drafting a prenuptial agreement suggests that you think the marriage won’t last or are you just "CYA", Covering Your Assets?
