Coaching Collective Leadership Teams

The Collective Leadership Framework Workbook, put out by the W.K. Kellogg Foundation and the Center for Ethical Leadership, offers useful guidance on how to incorporate and sustain collective leadership practice in community change organizations. For some organizations, however, it is also helpful to have a collective leadership coach.
