A’Maiya is a ten-year pageant competitor and describes herself as a Girl Boss building her empire. Most notably, she captured the title of 2019 Miss Illinois Teen USA and placed amongst the top 15 at the Miss Teen USA competition in Reno Tahoe, Nevada. She attends Howard University as a junior majoring in public relations with a minor in sports administration. In June 2020, she launched her blog SincerelySinclair.com and uses her blog posts to provide motivation, productivity hacks, and college advice. She is now the CEO of Shop Sincerely, Sinclair, an apparel brand that redefines what it means to be a Girl Boss. A’Maiya is a proud Howard Bison, a signed model with New York Model & Talent Management, blogger, newly converted vegan, and public speaker.
