Missing person

Information received that a person is missing. A lady from Butler County Pa is going to tell her story on what has transpired in the recent weeks about her brother who went missing. She needs your help to try and locate him.  Here is identifying information received from his sister. -

Wesley Harrison Frank Jr. Birthdate: 10-08-1983 around 6'4" 220lbs light green eyes the tattoo you see here (the name Amanda in graffiti in red/oragish gradient on a brick wall)  and the name Marie in the same writing style in blue gradient with dark outline on the other forearm without the brick wall behind it. He has distinctive scars on his head if it's shaved from a dog attack sustained as a child and a scar on his cheek. He has beautiful light green eyes
