What happens to a soldier after he learns how to, “kill the enemy with his mind”?

The Army has its 'The Men Who Stare at Goats' projects, but the Navy gets top billing for its enhanced version of a Paranormal Warfare Group, personnel, training and deployments.

If so many people weren’t writing books and giving interviews about this topic, I would never of given a thought to having a BTR show about it, times have changed.

Psychic/Psychological warfare experiments and training of combat soldiers and veterans, the effects of this level of classified military and civilian work is nothing short of debilitating with long lasting negative outcomes.

These (PSI) projects are remnants of the Cold War.
