Judge Michael Malihi's denial of Soetoro-Obama's lawyer's request to disallow subpoenas by Birther attorney's contesting his eligibility. Numerous states are demanding proof of eligibility for all Presidential candidates. If Soetoro-Obama cannot get onto the ballots in these states, his run for re-election will be ended and a Constitutional crisis (his being a usurper) will begin.
