This will be Part 4 of our Swindled From the Beginning series.  Handling The Truth - So many ask how we got into the mess we are in.  The Truth is there for those who seek it.  "Handling the Truth" is here to help you know what has happened. Tonight we will be looking at the Bill of Rights.  Without the Bill of Rights, the organic constitution that came out of the 1787 Constitutional Convention would undoubtedly NOT have been ratified by the States.  We ask the question; Is the Bill of Rights what the States were led to believe it was or was it something else?
