Brick, Director of MBA Career Advancement Programs at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and Founder of The Encouragement Institute, Inc., has demonstrated accomplishments in consulting, executive coaching, public speaking, writing, and video production to audiences worldwide. She served as Product Manager at a global bank; Vice-President of Marketing for a start-up financial network; equity stakeholder in an organizational development and career management firm; and creative communications director of a motivation and media development firm.
Ms. Brick has written, lectured, and been quoted about career management, executive development, and motivational issues to global audiences including the Wall Street Journal, Business Week, Chicago Tribune, the Economist, BP, and the Federal Reserve Bank.
