Bio: my name is Chilly aka Mr. N.f.h ( no fraudn here) brother of MTV champ reignman aka Rj payne. I'm from southwest Philadelphia bartram village home of bad boys Eness. Up coming artist trying to give insight to our youth and guide them on a better path than what the world is portraying. Our young black youth is lost and I think I can bring them back to the light !!!
