Holy, Jumped-Up Jeebus Look at the Mess We Made!

The United States is a country oriented to wars. In the entire history of the U.S.,twenty-six years have been conflict-free. We are - by a very wide margin - the largest arms dealer on the planet. Our direct actions and the actions of our contractors and proxies have laid waste to vast swathes of geography and rendered those parts of the globe where we were operating militarily untenable to the people living there. This has created an immense refugee crisis. Despite the fact that WE are the largest contributor to the problem, WE are not accepting responsibility for the welfare of the refugees that we created.
