Sheetal Narsai, AKA "Dr. Seeta" holds a clinical doctorate in Ayurvedic Medicine. In her training she studied classical Indian massage therapy, marma point (acupressure), energy medicine, herbalism, western & ayurvedic nutrition, panchakarma (advanced detoxification procedures) and rasayana (anti-aging protocols).
