In 1989 Daredevil's Inferno storyline from Ann Nocenti and John Romita Jr offered some pointed social commentary about NYC. It's return in Chip Zdarsky, Marco Checchetto & Mattia Iacono's current series made for some uncanny reading for New Yorkers today.
