This book is about a journey. My journey. The best way to show you how to discover your authentic self is by sharing my reflections, my stories, my experiences, my activities and my tips I used along the way to create the person I wanted to be. I want you to enjoy what I have to share, I want you to laugh, I want you to feel good and I want you to think about what is next for you. This book wasn’t written for everybody.
