My guest this Saturday is Felicia Reed.  She serves as Founder and Owner of Put It In Perspective, LLC.  Felicia is a Life and Spiritual Coach as well as a Holistic Wellness Advocate.  She works with groups and individuals to promote positive and constructive life changes using essential oils, energy healing and other modalities. She has a firm belief that the better we feel physically and spiritually, the better we are able to live productive lives. With a clearly defined approach, Ms. Reed offers assistance in working side-by-side with those wanting to find their purpose(s) and live a more enhanced lifestyle regardless of what the goal may be.  

In addition, Felicia has over 30 years of experience in quality management and financial management.  She has served at both the state and local education levels to provide process improvement insight.  Ms. Reed is a certified Quality Management Professional and works to infuse best practices in large organizations as well as personal lives. 

Felicia has a strong desire to give back and has served on various boards and community service programs as a key volunteer and activist.  With a background in quality management certifications has been passionate about sharing quality management concepts such as Plan Do Check Act, and the 5Why analysis with just about everyone she touches.  She’s certain that quality management tools also make great life purpose tools and therefore, helps others to apply these techniques to achieve positive life changing results. After all, LIFE IS A PROCESS.
