Paul Hatcher - Author of The World's Easiest Job

Paul Hatcher is arguably the greatest retailer of automobiles in the United States today. He has been selling cars for over 24 years and has been employed by Lithia Motors, the nation’s 5th largest publicly held automotive dealer group in the nation, for the past 12 years.

During his tenure with Lithia Motors he has operated 6 dealerships, trained thousands of sales and service personnel and has retailed a documented total of over 48000 vehicles in that time.

Paul has been called by his peers "the greatest retailer they have ever seen” and has won numerous industry awards for new and used sales volume and customer satisfaction.

He has been twice honored with the prestigious Founder’s Cup award which is Lithia Motor’s highest honor.

On April 6th of this year, he published his first book, released by Tate Publishing titled “The Easiest Job in the World.” 

Paul currently lives in San Angelo Texas with his wife of 26 years, Denise and two boys Nicholas and Marcus and manages three dealerships with a total of approximately 300 employees for Lithia.
