Roger and Steve talk childhood player development from the perspective of the US Lacrosse research and sports science based Lacrosse Athletic Development Model (LADM).  From modified small ball in the youth recreational leagues to age appropriate physical and developmental expectations, the new model for lacrosse athletic development set progressions and reasonable expectations with the goal of keeping as many kids as possible participating in youth sports after the age of 13 (an age where at present, 70% of kids stop playing organized sports).
