PENTECOST: THE PURPOSE OF PENTECOST & THE HOLY SPIRIT

Join us on the broadcast as we look into the book of Acts and experienced what the disciples and the other saints experienced as the promised Holy Spirit fell on the day of Pentecost. The Holy Spirit filled all the one hundred and twenty souls that were assembled together in the upper room. This event marked the beginning of what we know as the Church, (The Body of Christ). Jesus had said on many occasions that it was essential that He go back to heaven in order for Him to send what He called the comforter back to the saints. The comforter would come by way of the Spirit to filled those who believe in Jesus, and give them God's Spirit and power to preach the gospel and to seal them until the day of redemption. We will discuss why it is necessary for a believer to be filled with the power of the Holy Spirit. Join us on the broadcast.
