Felicia Clayborne was born as a special needs child. The doctor told her mother that she would not walk, talk, see, and hear. Through prayer and therapy, she can walk, talk, see and hear. She accepted her call to salvation on Saturday, November 30th 1991. On Wednesday, July 6th, 1997 she accepted her call to ministry at 4:38 that morning as God put her in a deep sleep. God showed her praying and laying hands on people and God spoke to her and said, "I give you my healing power." In December 2015, she was ordained as a minister from Babacoastal International Ministry. In 2016, the Lord has redirected her to do healing services online as well as rekindle the travel ministry within her. Ever since she said yes to the Lord about this initiative, she has heard countless praise reports on God healing people from various diseases, sicknesses and infirmities. In June 2017, she was appointed by Dr. Daniel Thrower of Babacoastal International Ministry to be the CEO of the USA and South America. In August 2018, she stepped up to take the President position of Babacoastal International Ministry and Daniel Thorowr International School of Ministry. In July 2019, the Lord has mandated her to start a radio program called Kingdom Hope Connections Radio Show where she interviews men and women of God that is doing great works in the kingdom and to distribute this too many people who don’t have hope and those who need strength in their personal work with the Lord. She operates in the office of an evangelist with an apostolic mantle. She does have a healing mantle, a worship mantle, an intercessory mantle, and a prophetic mantle. She operates in the gifts of healing, working of miracles, word of knowledge, wisdom, and discerning of spirits.
