Author, coach and book marketer Lynn Serafinn hosts speaker, activist and author Carolyn A. Brent.

CAROLYN A. BRENT MBA- Carolyn Brent is a speaker, activist and author dedicated to transforming the landscape of elder care giving helping parents and siblings communicate about painful End-of-Life Issues. For seventeen years Carolyn worked for some of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies. In her role as a senior therapeutic sales representative for another pharmaceutical company, she provided information to doctors and staff on a variety of subjects, including medical health care plans. Carolyn's passion for her subject started when she was caring for her own father, who was diagnosed with dementia in 1997. From that experience, she found that she nor her family truly understood not only the medical challenges related to ageing and chronic illness, but also the financial and emotional weight that these bring to bear on a family. Her book Why Wait? the Baby Boomers' Guide to Preparing Emotionally, Financially and Legally for a Parent's Death is coming to Amazon on November 15, 2011.

Join Lynn and Carolyn as they discuss the Crucial Emotional, Financial and Legal conversations needed over the issue of what to do if a parent becomes disabled or ill and requires care giving, how to manage the parent's estate when they die, and the need for appropriate documentation.
