A certified reflexologist with many years experience, Julie Hallifax is located in Niagara County just an hour from Buffalo and Niagara Falls and is the owner of Niagara Reflexology. If you are not familiar with this practice, it involves massaging and a type of accupressure on the hands and feet. The concept is that the body organs are corrolated on the hands and feet and by manipulation and pressure applied at the specific locations on them it clears stuck or stagnant energy in and along those energy or meridian channels thereby clearing them, increasing blood and nutrient flow to them which re-establishes balance to those organs and offering improved health and well being.
