More and more people are discovering the joy of growing their own vegetables and the incomparable taste of home-grown produce. If you’ve been gardening and growing some of your own produce, you know how rewarding it can be. You also know how dismaying it can be to come to the end of your growing season and no longer be able to harvest and eat that wonderful produce. Instead, you have to wait until Spring rolls around again to be able to start your garden. However, could there be a way to grow those wonderful vegetables all year? Diane Brandon is joined this week by Eliot Coleman, Owner of Four Season Farm, former Co-host of “Gardening Naturally,” and author of The Winter Harvest Handbook. Mr. Coleman has been gardening and teaching others how to garden organically for over 40 years and will be sharing techniques with us. If you like the idea of being able to grow and harvest vegetables year-round, then you’ll definitely want to hear what he has to share with us!
