N.M.I.'s Industry Friday's w/ The Catalyst Publicity Group's Jen Appel!!!

Jen Appel - With a passion for helping others and watching musicians live out their dream, The Catalyst Publicity Group’s CEO & Publicity Director, Jen Appel has crafted a home for emerging and established artists to take chances, explore who they are as an artist, and develop the right branding/imaging for their style. By tailoring unique campaigns, Appel has seen success working with over 400 artists of all genres, including Boys Like Girls, John Schneider, Cartel, The Spill Canvas, Our Last Night, and Alesana, to name a few. Outside of The Catalyst Publicity Group, Appel is a Graduate Faculty Advisor at Florida Atlantic University, where she teaches Music PR/Marketing, Topic Research, and is a Faculty Advisor for the student-run record label, Hoot/Wisdom Recordings. Outside of Florida Atlantic University, Appel is a professor at Johnson & Wales North Miami Campus where she teaches Media Literacy.
