Justin (Seahawks) jumps in as we kick off the Headlines with the roster cleaning going on in Seattle. He looks at this as a sad end of an era, but a necessary one. Michael Bennett was traded to the Eagles. Richard Sherman doesn't expect to be a Seahawk this year. The roster looks like it's in rough shape. By the way, things don't look great for the L.A. Rams who traded Robert Quinn to the Dolphins and Alec Ogletree to the Giants. The NFC West could be won by...the 49ers???

The Eagles might have the worst salary cap situation, but the Dolphins are a close second. Andy breaks down the roster moves that have to happen to fit Robert Quinn, who he hopes isn't "all done". Plus, the guys discuss Vontae Davis and Chris Ivory signing with the Bills,
