A jam packed show filled with insights, opinions, social awareness and nonsense. PodVader leads Neil (Redskins), James (Eagles), Ken (Chargers) and Andy (Dolphins) through the latest NFL news.

We start with the new rules in the NFL. A couple that missed some of the headlines - like scoring plays in overtime. And a couple that required a little more attention like the Catch rule and the new helmet targeting rule. Ultimately, consistency is what is key to officiating a football game and the guys don't think these rules will help in that effort.

Next, there are rumors the Giants are looking to trade Odell Beckham Jr. What team would be a good fit? How could the Giants make that happen...but more importantly WHY?

At the 46min mark, Pod speaks with a couple of young NFL Draft prospects getting ready for their big day. Jarrod Cann and Najae Brown are both former safeties for Central Connecticut State University.

The guys wrap up the show talking about the best available Free Agents remaining. This leads to the Colin Kaepernick situation being revisited. Great conversation on social awareness as well as football talent had here.
