The Voice of Trinity!

Initially, the promises of God started with His chosen people, Israel, to prove to them and the whole world that He is the TRUE and the ONLY God.

Numerous verses in the Old Testament attest to that fact, and those references will be the topic of today's message. 

I guess God had to start with someone, so, He started with one man named Abram from the lineage of Shem who was from the Ur of the Chaldees, an idolatrous nation whom He later called Abraham. Through the lineage of Abraham came Isaac and Jacob and later the 12 tribes of Israel. In Genesis 12:1-3 God promised Abraham in V-3 that "...I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed."

God separated the nation of Israel from all other nations of the earth, He gave them a different language, a dietary law, a different dress code, different ordinance, and commandments to follow Him. In Isaiah 43:10-11, He told them "Ye are my witnesses, saith the LORD, and my servant whom I have chosen, that ye may know and believe Me, and understand that I am He; before Me, there was no God formed, neither shall there be after Me..."
