Mike Ricksecker is the author of Ghosts of Maryland, a comprehensive tome that explores the supernatural history of Maryland through more than 100 ghost stories and legends, and Deadly Heirs, the first novel of the Chase Michael DeBarlo mystery series. His other writings include paranormal short stories, song lyrics, and a monthly mystery newsletter. Descended from settlers of Frederick County, Mike has lived in Ohio, Massachusetts, Alaska, Maryland, and Oklahoma. He and his wife have four children.
