In this episode, blogger Sacerdotus speaks on the Solemnity of the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ or "Corpus Christi."  He explains the significance of this great feast day of the Church which commemorates the Holy Eucharist.

Catholics believe that the Holy Eucharist is truly the Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity of Jesus Christ. Sacerdotus explains how this is possible by using Sacred Scripture, Tradition, Science and Philosophy.  He explains why bread and wine were used as the matter for the Sacrament and why it makes sense to use it.

Many Protestants believe the Holy Eucharist is merely a symbol.  Sacerdotus explains why Christ was serious when He introduced this great Sacrament to humanity. He never intended this Sacrament to be a mere symbol, but His True Presence on Earth under the appearance of Bread and Wine.

The Solemnity was celebrated on Thursday June 19, 2014, but many dioceses around the world celebrate it on Sunday, June 22 in order to have more people participate in the celebration.
