He published an Election Reform Proposal in Jan '23. The law MANDATES all ballots must be counted onsite AFTER POLLS are closed.

This DID NOT Happen at all 223 Voting Centers resulting in 541,759 Ballots not being counted and the LAW being BROKEN.
