Scholars believe that Hell is a literal place. Believe it or not hell is a literal place. In fact a state of mind is that literal definition of a literal place. You can't get more literal than that! The facts are that the Bible says we have two minds in us but let this mind that was in Christ also be in you. The Bible also says to be carnally minded is death.
