Where are the Brown and Tan Industry Execs.

Russell Simmons posted a question asking why there arent more brown and tan leaders in the music industry and I immediately became filled with ideas. So today on the extended edition, we are going to dive in deep as to why there are a lack of corporate and political leaders that are non-white. Kaci will address stereotypes, the need for interdependency and other issues that are both hidden and blatant that can be thought to unravel the rise to leadership in the local and global communities. Speaking Freedom hopes that by the end of this call the listeners are more excited to both lead and support local leaders. 

To be leaders we must see ourselves as leaders.
