Hr 1: Do SCOTUS 5-4 rulings show they are more partisan than law-based? AND... Poll shows Americans believe 62 percent of news outlets – print, television, and radio – are biased. AND... Seattle city councilwoman wants to provide free heroin to drug users.

Hr 2: Midterm primary results. AND... San Fran names school after an illegal alien. AND... Atheists complain about Church using images of military seals in their freedom celebration honoring the military.

Hr 3: Green movement is too white and too male. AND... Red Hen restaurant owner resigns from local business group after heckling Sarah Sanders. AND... Democratic Socialist just ousted a powerful, 10-term NY Democrat congressman.
