Our guests this morning are Pernille Lykke and Mia Pedersen from Paradis Ice Cream.

Paradis began whipping up fresh and tasty ice cream in 2000 at the first Paradis Ice Cream cafe located in Nørregade, Århus, Denmark. Over the next seventeen years, 50 franchises opened throughout Denmark. Intent on sharing their amazing ice cream with the world, they set sail for America. Paradis HQ established itself in California and now has 10 franchises.

This morning, we’re going to learn about the incredible journey Pernille and Mia embarked upon to bring their tasty ice cream to the world.
