Shannon Baltazar joins us today as we begin our series on freedom and our willingness to stand up for it. Her son fell and had a head wound that needed treatment. She was a cash-paying client and was shocked when she thought a little bit differently from the staff. We think things are a certain way and that we have certain rights that automatically apply and all we need to know are a few magical words and the seas will part at our beacon however, the situations that we find often didn't get those memos.
