The Mind of Christ - 1Co 2:16

Psalm 1:2 But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.

1Co 2:16  For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.

2Ti 2:15  Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

Like King David and Mary kept God’s word in their hearts

So a disciple should divide the word of truth and choose that good part

Like a groom knows by raising the veil he can kiss his new wife

A disciple knows that although the letter kills, the spirit gives life

They know the letter alone will not suffice

So they divide the word to conform to the mind of Christ…

They know beneath the word they will find its inspiration
