Barbara Hoffman is an Aboriginal woman, who recently graduated from University of Northern British Columbia in Prince George, and has lived in north western British Columbia all her life. She completed her undergraduate degree in Anthropology (Archaeology) She is a wife, mother and grandmother. Barbara was adopted at two months of age in 1960 as part of the 60’s scoop.

She plans on going to grad school and making her Master’s thesis on "Repatriation and Reconciliation: Bring our children remains home".
