The North Carolina Anti-LGBT Bill...help me understand the discrimination.

There is big uproar of the the Anti-LGBT bill that was passed by the state of North Carolina in March that says businesses can't make rules or regulations benefitting specifically people of the LGBT Community. Reading the laws, I'm not seeing the true discrimination that people are saying that exist from this bill being passed. I'm not seing where the issue is. I just want to understand. This is not condeming, I'm looking for clarity.
