Exercises are based on the guidebook "Mindfulness Exercises for Dementia" but you do not have to have dementia to benefit. In this modified version, the benefits are similar to traditional mindfulness - reduced tension, increased focus, attention & being present in the present moment. It consists of a series of exercises interspersed with guided breathing meditations. This preview involves paying attention by listening under the category of quizzes from the book. It will begin and end with a brief closely guided breathing meditation.
